Charming End Terrace Home in Driffield – NO ONWARD CHAIN

Summary:
Discover your new home in the heart of Driffield with this delightful end-terrace house. With a superb level of presentation, this property offers a comfortable lounge featuring a wood burner and stylish herringbone-style flooring. Double doors lead to a second reception room with a multi-fuel stove, perfect for cosy evenings. The well-equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom complete the ground floor, while upstairs you'll find two double bedrooms and a charming attic bedroom. The courtyard garden requires minimal upkeep, and the property overlooks a pleasant green space at the rear. Conveniently located close to amenities, this home is ideal for first-time buyers, investors, or those looking to downsize. With no onward chain, it's ready for you to move in and make your own.

Our Thoughts:
As you step through the modern composite entrance door, you'll feel the warmth and charm of this well-maintained home. The lounge, with its inviting wood burner and attractive Herringbone flooring, sets the tone for a space where you can truly unwind. The double doors open up to a second reception room, offering additional space for entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen is fitted with modern units, making it a functional and pleasant space for any home chef. Upstairs, the two double bedrooms offer plenty of space, and the attic room can serve as a third bedroom or even a cosy study. The courtyard garden requires little maintenance, allowing you more time to enjoy the beautiful view of the open green space. This property is in a prime location, providing easy access to local amenities, making it a fantastic choice for many buyers.

Owner Thoughts:
We loved living in the property with its accessibility to the town centre whilst still having that feel of being in
the countryside. You definitely get that feeling from the third bedroom window. We loved looking out and seeing the sheep. The land to the back is protected and not able to be built on. The location is also a great area for dog walking. The park is close by with a play area. At the top of the street there is a convenience store. The house itself is higher than the pavement so gives privacy from passing people. Parking was always a concern when we first moved in, however, there is always space in the Park Surgery just across the road. We have found the property to be a wonderful family home. It reluctantly comes to the market.
