From our office in Ilfracombe, proceed along the High Street and St. Brannocks Road in the direction of Barnstaple. Upon reaching the roundabout at Mullacott Cross turn right, follow the road towards Woolacombe where the property can be located diagonally opposite The Fortescue Arms.
