This fantastic four bedroom detached house sits in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Wrea Green. It offers a large amount of living space on both floors and a private rear garden.

The ground floor consists of a spacious lounge with a gas fire and surround, French doors to the rear garden and a large bay window to the front elevation.

A set of glazed double doors takes you into the impressive open plan kitchen dining area. There are multiple sets of French doors taking you out to the rear garden and offering plenty of natural light all year round.

The kitchen is a large well appointed space with all the appliances integrated. These include a built under oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a good sized breakfast bar and feature radiator to compliment the space.

The entrance hall is a large bright and welcoming space. The staircase leading to the first floor has painted spindles and an oak handrail. The downstairs WC and wash hand basin are also accessed from this space.

A further door takes you through to the converted garage where you will find a large utility room and another room that houses the boiler which has space for a washing machine and tumble dryer.

To the first floor you will find a beautiful light filled landing that leads you to the four bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The master bedroom is the largest of the four with fully fitted furniture, a large window and an en-suite bathroom.

The ensuite has a large walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is a circular window bringing in plenty of natural light.

The second bedroom is also a good size with fitted furniture and a large window.

The third bedroom is situated to the opposite end of the property and has a double Velux window and two of the circular windows in the gables.

Last but not least, the forth bedroom is currently set up as an office and sits next to the family bathroom.

The family bathroom is spacious, fully tiled with a bath, shower, Chrome towel rail, WC and wash hand basin.

All the rooms are fitted with solid oak doors and central heating radiators. The windows are hardwood double glazed.

The rear garden is a secluded space with a resin bonded floor throughout and plenty of space to relax.

Wrea Green is a village in the Fylde borough of Lancashire, England. It lies about 2 miles west of Kirkham. Along with the village of Ribby, it forms the civil parish Ribby-with-Wrea.

Wrea Green is a very popular village with many of the residents working at Warton Aerodrome 2 miles away, where BAE Systems is a major local employer.

Uniquely for the Fylde Coast, Wrea Green, as described by its name, surrounds a large common land space at one side of which is a duck pond, known locally as 'The Dub'.

The village green is very attractive and plays host to the local cricket team.

Ribby Hall leisure village is close by with all the sports amenities you would ever need.

The transport links are very good with easy access to Kirkham Grammar school, Lytham St Annes, Kirkham, Preston and beyond.
