Outside the rear garden, 33', plus side return, is mature with evergreen planting and lawn. There is a high degree of privacy and a couple of small trees. A gate provides access to the front via a shared alleyway at the side of the house.

The train station is about a mile away, Harpur Trust schooling closer and town closer still.
