Description
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
Redrow have long enjoyed a reputation for excellence and this house forms part of what is widely regarded to be an excellent quality development within Tattenhall village. The key to success with Redrow is their strong aesthetics, which has a timeless appeal combined with an understanding of modern day living and providing layouts to match. This particular home is a Richmond design, extends to a little over 2000 square feet and has the additional advantage of being on a corner plot.
One thing that is instantly notable here is the impeccable presentation throughout. Each room has been carefully planned and the result is a home that is immediately ready for occupation and enjoyment.
Layout wise this is a fabulous offering, with four double bedrooms, two fully tiled en suites, and a well appointed bathroom. The wow factor is provided at ground floor level with a superb layout along the back of the house, with the high specification kitchen being the focal point and either side there being a dining and family room. All of these rooms overlook the landscaped rear garden, which has been landscaped and enhanced by the present owners so as to be a real feature.
As one would expect of a modern house, there are many benefits, not least the energy efficiency which is an 85 score. Additionally there is a little over two years left of the NHBC guarantee, excellent quality windows and a modern highly efficient boiler.
The current owners have spent hours in the garden, providing an external environment that matches the quality of the interior, whilst the position, within walking distance of a well regarded school and beautiful High Street is sure to appeal.
