Introduction & Exterior

Pinetrees is a sought-after cul-de-sac built at the top of Brereton in 2002. The development is surrounded by trees as it is right on the fringes of Cannock Chase, which viewers will love.

Guests arrive at the home, which is positioned deep into the cul-de-sac, and discover an impressive double-fronted house with tarmac and slate frontage. This allows for off-road parking for multiple cars. A further car can be parked in the garage, attached to the left of the house and having a manual up and over door to enter. A secure gate to the left of the garage opens to the side passage leading round to the rear garden.

The garden has been beautifully landscaped by the current owners to include porcelain patios at either side of a lawn, as well as this being laid around the rear of the building. The lawn is bordered by sleepers and shrubs and there is tall, wooden fencing to the boundaries.

Ground Floor

Viewers enter through the composite front door into a welcoming entrance hallway that has plenty of room for them to remove coats and shoes. Immediately to the left of the entrance is a trendy guest WC that features a large, ceramic wash basin atop a cabinet. The remaining doors from the hallway open to the lounge and open plan living kitchen, with the straight, carpeted staircase leading up to the first floor immediately ahead.

The open plan living kitchen is a truly remarkable room that guests will find very impressive. The kitchen suite is fitted to the front of the room in a horseshoe formation to include many storage units and a range of integrated appliances. These include the dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, four-burner gas hob and overhead extractor fan. Space is available for a freestanding fridge freezer to be positioned. At the rear of the room is a huge open space for dining and to position a sofa for the family to relax. A deep bay window with French doors opening out to the patio is found at the far end of the room that allows in an abundance of natural light.

The lounge stretches the length of the house (as does the open plan room) to create an outstanding room for the family to relax. The main focal point of the lounge is the superb, modern multi-fuel burner that is extremely efficient. Another set of French doors at the rear of the room open to the patio.

First Floor

At the top of the staircase is a good sized landing that has doors leading off to all four bedrooms and the family bathroom. There is access to an airing cupboard housing the gas central heating combi-boiler and there is a hatch above to access a large loft.

The largest bedroom, bedroom one, is a large double bedroom that includes a row of built-in wardrobes and access to a stylish en suite shower room. The en suite comprises of a double shower accompanied by a range of attractive fitted furniture that includes the toilet and a wash basin, wall mounted mirror, and a heated towel rail.

The family bathroom is equally as impressive as it features a beautifully decorated suite that comprises of a freestanding slipper bathtub, wash basin atop a cabinet, toilet, heated towel rail, and a shower cubicle fitted into a recess beside the entrance. Like the en suite, the bathroom suite is complemented by attractive tiling.

The remaining three bedrooms comprise of two generous doubles and a large single bedroom that could be considered as a small double. Bedroom two features built-in wardrobes, bedroom three has a built in cupboard over the staircase and bedrooms three and four both have a recess ideal for a freestanding wardrobe.
