Description
Enter from the village road and come down a long drive offering access to this wonderful home. There is ample parking for multiple cars. The building which could be something out of grand designs is bold yet tasteful and softened by its surroundings and partial timber clad. Enter through the modern imposing front door to a lovely hallway which also hosts the stunning bespoke staircase. Surfaces are tiled and easy to clean down. To the right is a good size room which would make a wonderful large office, a play room, reading room or bedroom. It has also been designed with full Cat 5 cabling for this who wish to use this as a cinema room. Move forward and find the stunning waterside garden/piano room. A truly wonderful view and such a relaxing space.
The heart of the ground floor is the incredible open plan living/kitchen/dining space. I can not fault the layout it is stunning. The kitchen is a foodies dream, plenty of storage, large prep work surfaces, full size refrigeration and freezer spaces, a Quooker tap and all the essential appliances which are of excellent grade. Of course It has the huge kitchen island everyone wants with seating to one side and the hob to the other. Behind this space is ample room for a huge dining table. It makes for a very sociable house and wonderful entertaining space.

> The dreamy living area is behind a clever partition wall with access either side from the kitchen to make it open plan yet separate...clever design. This space is comfortable, relaxing and I love the the designer fireplace. But what sets the whole area off are the uninterrupted views of the lake (which never floods due to soak away outlets on the other side) through the floor to ceiling glass..truly amazing.
The floor is complete with a good size utility, further home office space and WC.
The first floor again exceeds expectation. Five excellent sized bedrooms all with en-suite and incredible private lake views. The principle is of course the 'jaw dropper'. It has a large bedroom area, bespoke fitted dressing room and a most stunning bathroom. Not only this but a Juliet balcony and large windows which capture the views you will surely not find this close to town anywhere else. Each bedroom is unique, individual and all make the most of their space and setting.
Externally there are easy to maintain gardens and of course the lake, nature and the view.
Finally we should state that energy efficiency and future proofing was at the heart of the design. The home is powered by one of the best air source heat pump systems and I must add I visited the home twice in the heart of a winter snap and the whole house was toasty warm. It has been so well insulated most likely beyond the current regulations required. Underfloor heating runs to all the floors not just the ground floor. On top of this the house is fitted with solar panel tech so your bills will likely be a fraction of the usual big country home. Well worth baring in mind while doing your finance calculations. There is also e EV charging point in the large double garage. Finally while the area is very safe the owners have installed AN intruder alarm and CCTV.
Overall a truly versatile home your friends will not forget visiting! It would make a stunning family home.
Do enjoy the photo reel and video and be sure to book your viewing at your earliest convenience as we anticipate strong interest in this quite remarkable new home.
