TENURE The parking spaces are available to rent for 6 or 12 month on a licence arrangement. The space offered is the right to park one taxed and roadworthy, non commercial vehicle within each parking space.

Please note there will be a charge of £150 plus VAT ( £180 inc VAT) for preparing the licence.
