Our apartment is beautifully situated, offering stunning sea views of Kalkan. Upon entering through the garden gate, you are greeted by the building's communal pool, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and chairs. A side staircase leads up to the apartment. Inside, you'll find a recently redecorated, airy living room and an open-plan kitchen in soothing shades of white and wood. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances and built-in white goods.

Large sliding glass doors in the living room open to reveal breathtaking sea views of Kalkan. In front of the living room, there is a long balcony featuring a foldable awning system that allows you to adjust the sunlight as you wish.
