Wardington Court offers regular social gatherings for residents to include coffee mornings, afternoon teas and movie nights. 

Wardington Court is part of the McCarthy and Stone Retirement Living Plus range (formerly Assisted Living) to provide the homeowner with extra care. An Estate Manager manages the day to day running of the development and attends to any enquiries. One hours domestic assistance is included within the service charge although further hours can be arranged by appointment. There are a range of personal care packages provided by the on-site CQC registered care team. The development has 24 hour on site staffing, secure camera entry systems and 24 hour emergency call system provided by a personal pendant with static call points in the bathroom and main bedroom. 

NB: It is a condition of purchase that the residents should meet the age requirement of 70 years of age or over.
