About Peter Oliver Homes, Uckfield

103 High Street, Uckfield, TN22 1RN
Introduction to Peter Oliver Homes

Directors Owen & Nick have over 40 years combined experience helping people in the local area to sell their homes and are committed to providing the best possible service in doing so. At Peter Oliver we want people to come back and use us again on the strength of positive recommendations. Our reputation is built on your satisfaction which in turn depends on us providing a continually positive experience in what can be a swiftly changing marketplace.

About Us

Since opening the doors in the Summer of 2017 without a single property in the window, Peter Oliver Homes has grown from strength to strength to proudly take their place as market leaders in the local area.

Directors, Owen and Nick have almost four decades of estate agency experience between them, most of which was gained working for large corporate chains. The idea for Peter Oliver Homes came from the desire to offer clients the same modern and innovative marketing but with a more personal bespoke service and a focus on customer satisfaction rather than simply the bottom line.

Nick explains: "We'd both worked successfully in the area for a long time before starting our own business but had grown tired of the corporate focus on money over service. We saw an opportunity to draw on all of our experience and take the elements that we know work for our clients, whilst also cutting out all of the unnecessary parts to offer the most effective marketing package we possibly can".

The way we buy and sell our homes is changing. But many agents are not. Some are stuck in their old methods of working; others have embraced technology, but often more for the benefit of their business than the people they serve.

The way in which a property is marketed is essential to the end result. It's not just about agreeing a sale but ensuring that we have done all we possibly can to achieve the best possible price for our sellers. There is where we know we can make a big difference. But don't just take our word for it - our methods have proven results! In the past year, we are delighted to have agreed sales on more than twice as many properties as any of our competitors in the local area!

Marketing

You need an estate agent to sell your home. But you need a marketing expert to sell it at the right price. At Peter Oliver, you'll find we are both.

Even bad estate agents sell houses. Why? Because people always want to buy them. But all too often there is no marketing strategy, and the focus is just on achieving a quick sale, potentially losing you thousands of pounds.

So firstly, you need a marketing expert. Good marketing will sell your house - great marketing will make sure you find a buyer at the best possible price. What we offer is not rocket science. We are not reinventing the wheel. Our secret and what gives us the edge over our competition is knowing what works, what will make a difference and how best to advise you.

Once you've marketed your home and found the best buyer, you need an experienced estate agent who knows how to make a move happen - someone fast, reliable and who will fight for the best deal on your behalf.

At Peter Oliver, you get the best of both worlds.
