In winter, you can put on your skis right on the doorstep and glide down to the Fys or Pré Favre chairlifts to reach the slopes of the Morzine and Les Gets ski areas. Come back on your skis! This really is ski in ski out, very rare for Morzine.

The chalet is very sunny and bright, with panoramic views of the village and peaks, it is divided into two distinct sections:
The upper level is home to the family living area. Superb spacious living room, with open kitchen and wood-burning stove.
The sunny balcony opens onto the surrounding mountains. This is followed by 3 attractive bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. The vast mezzanine area houses the master bedroom, with dressing room and en suite bathroom, as well as an office area.
The lower level of the chalet is now used for seasonal catering, winter and summer.
The layout of the dining room is meticulous, combining large windows, wood and stone. The warm ambience is enhanced by the wood-burning stove, where you can enjoy a hot chocolate after a day on the slopes. A professional kitchen, separate toilet, 2-bedroom staff quarters and a storeroom complete the ensemble, as does a mazot.
This part of the chalet can easily be converted to increase the living space: huge living/dining room, gym, cinema room, additional bedrooms... give free rein to your imagination and experience the mountains on your doorstep
Outside, the fabulous wooden terrace is perfectly exposed and fabulous in all seasons to really take in the views on your doorstep.
