There are also cycle tracks in both directions from the end of the road. You can walk along the seafront into Brighton in 30 minutes.
We have owned the flat for over 20 years and the neighbourhood is friendly and very safe. There is always plenty of on street (permit) parking. The SE facing back garden is a suntrap and the front garden also belongs to the flat and could provide useful storage space. The flat is bright and spacious, with high ceilings. "
