Fully refurbished apartment, located in one of the most emblematic buildings in Bairro Andrade.

Originally, Manuel Gonçalves Pereira d'Andrade, owner of the land in this area, ordered the construction of this typical neighbourhood in the late 19th century, giving the streets the names of the women in his family.

Of generous areas, as well as a 3.80 metres high ceiling, which provides plenty of luminosity (11 windows/doors), an amplitude that easily offers the experience to appreciate this space with several original details such as crafted ceilings, solid wood plank flooring, shutters and large dimensioned spans that bring us the Lisbon light.
