This is an exclusive resort under construction, featuring 15 bungalows and a hotel building with 18 rooms. It is fully enclosed and strategically located on the banks of the Neiva River, in the Barcelos municipality, encompassing a total area of 99,590 m².
The Loureiro Branco vineyard occupies about 3.359 hectares, equipped with a drip irrigation system. In the two cultivation fields, all vines are trellised, supported by stone pillars.
It is also worth mentioning the "Azenha Caiada," fully restored and fully operational, located on the banks of the Neiva River, where corn milling is carried out using the power of water. Next to the Azenha, there is a fully equipped regional kitchen, which is planned to serve as a bar for the river beach. This area also includes two service bathrooms.
The kitchen features a wood oven, electric oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, three refrigerators with freezers, an industrial beverage fridge, a glass washer, and an ice machine.
A bit further up, in the same splendid setting, there is a drying area and threshing floor, historically used for drying corn and other grains and for storing some agricultural tools.
In this landscaped area, one can also admire the timeless beauty of four ancient stone granaries.
It is also essential to highlight the Wastewater Treatment System (WWTS), which will treat and reuse water for garden irrigation. Additionally, throughout the resort, there are six water wells for water supply.

Among other features, it is imperative to mention the greenhouse, a wine cellar with a stone tank, stainless steel vats, agricultural tools, an animal pen fully equipped with automatic drinkers, a storage loft, an egg incubator, and a poultry house with chickens, chicks, roosters, ducks, peacocks, quails, and pheasants. It also includes a tractor with its agricultural tools and a motorized cultivator.

In the highest part of the garden, we find the outdoor pools, still under construction and finishing stages, as well as the building designed for indoor pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, massage rooms, a sauna, and a poolside bar. In this section of the project, a soccer field, a padel court, a tennis court, and a playground will be built. The charming and sophisticated restaurant will be housed in the main building, where the central reception will also be located.
