The proximity to golf courses and the potential to maintain an equine stock on the estate enhance the possibility of developing luxury tourism. Additionally, the diversity of fauna and flora species offers great potential for outdoor activities, such as bird watching, hunting (partridge, hare, wild boar, and roe deer), and fishing (carp and bass).
