In our 5-bed houses, we have 1 small room, 1 medium room and 3 large rooms (or 2 large rooms and one extra-large room). The prices are as follows (all bills included):

  • Small room - £525 per month
  • Medium room - £565 per month
  • Large room - £650 per month
  • Extra large room - £695 per month 

(our contracts are individual tenancy agreements, so you are only responsible for your own rent and not the whole house)


Deposit: £550 (refundable as per terms).
