Located just off the Mold Road between Buckley and Mynydd Isa sits Mayfield Mews, a quiet little Cul-De-Sac that contains a few select houses. It comes with off road private parking and a neighbourhood watch scheme that Downing St would be proud of!
Walk up the front path towards the house, there's enough parking for a couple of cars and to the side, a large area of gravel leads you to the rear. A uPVC front door opens into a small, but very handy entrance porch, ideal for wet shoes and coats. It's kept bright in here thanks to the rainbow style glass window in the door.
From the porch we step through another door and straight into the bright spacious lounge. The stairs raise immediately in front of you but to the left, I was taken aback at the size of the room, thanks to a very professional extension to the front. This room is much larger than you'd get in a typical three bed more expensive semi and it's kept light thanks to the front facing window and the light coloured wood effect flooring.
You could also create a storage cupboard beneath the open stairs that would give you some useful storage space.
A door at the back of the lounge opens into the kitchen / dining room. Usually when you hear those words 'kitchen/diner' you see some tiny table crammed up in the corner.....but not here, this actually could contain a far larger table than it does house already, thanks again to the professional extension that it was given just a few years ago.
Work-surfaces run the full length of two walls and provide ample space for food preparation, and also places for all of your 21st century gadgets that we can't do without. There are plenty of contemporary floor and wall mounted cupboards with a void and plumbing for a washing machine. Double patio doors open up to take us outside and also allow lots of light to flood in.
Outside is a small, but ample in size, rear patio garden, meaning that maintenance is kept to a minimum! This then allows you to host BBQ parties, or simply space to sit and relax outside after a long day. It's kept nice and private thanks to the high fence at the rear.
Back inside and up the stairs, we come to an adequate landing area. Again it is kept nice and bright thanks to the window located at the head of the stairs. There is a loft hatch, taking you to the partially boarded loft space and a linin cupboard that sits above the stairwell, offering excellent storage.
The first bedroom that we come to is the second bedroom, it could take a small double as you have a built in wardrobe thus negating the need for more free standing furniture. A large window looks out over the rear aspect and keeps it nice and bright in the daytime.
The main bedroom is much bigger, easily providing enough room for a large double and providing space for a wardrobe and other useful bedside items. Another window allows the light in and provides views over the front and far reaching views of Buckley.
And last but by no means least, we come to the bathroom. Again it's kept nice and bright thanks to the frosted glass window which also helps to keep prying eyes out, not that its that kind of area! A modern contemporary suite is fitted in here offering all of the usual suspects that you'd expect to find..... A pedestal sink with dual chrome mixer taps, a panelled bath with electric shower above and a glass shower screen, the obligatory toilet and to finish it all off, a rather lovely chrome heated towel rail, fully tiled walls and floor makes this a dream bathroom with low maintenance.

All in all this is a proper little gem of a home, it's been professionally extended both front and back providing much better living accommodation than others in the vicinity, there's a large stylish open-plan kitchen / diner, and that's one you can genuinely entertain in, a spacious living room, a lovely contemporary bathroom and two bedrooms, together with an easy to maintain rear garden and let's not forget the off road parking....this is the ideal home for everyone who requires a two bedroom home.
