7 The following are details of the covenants contained in the Transfer dated 20 July 1984
referred to in the Charges Register:-
"THE Transferee hereby covenants with the Corporation for the benefit and protection of the remainder of the land comprised in the above mentioned title (hereinafter referred to as "the retained land") and each and every part thereof to the intent and so as to bind the Property and each and every part thereof into whosesoever hands the same may come that they the Transferee will observe and perform the covenants and stipulations set out in the Third Schedule hereto.
THE Corporation and their successors in title being the owners of the retained land for the time being remaining unsold may at any time or times hereafter release vary or modify any of the said stipulations and the covenants on the part of the Transferee herein before contained shall not operate to impose any restriction on the manner in which the Corporation and their successors may deal with any other land belonging to them or be deemed to create a building scheme.
The Transferee hereby further covenants with the Corporation that
(a) The Transferee will forthwith construct and erect dwellinghouses garages roads sewers landscaping and ancillary works on the Property in accordance with layouts plans drawings elevations sections and specifications (as appropriate) which shall have received the approval of the Local Planning Authority and which shall not without the

written consent of the Corporation exceed a density of eight dwellings per acre and shall complete the construction thereof in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with all statutory requirements regulations and byelaws applicable thereto to the reasonable satisfaction of the Corporation by 2 years from the 20th December 1983 or such extension of time as may be granted by the Corporation and so that all dwellinghouses constructed on the Property shall comply with the requirements necessary for the individual Purchaser thereto to obtain a Certificate of the National Housebuilding Council in respect of such dwellinghouse
(b) Procure that before any dwellinghouse shall be transferred to a purchaser thereof an underground co-axial system for the dissemination of radio and television signals shall be available for the supply of such signals to such dwellinghouse in accordance with a specification to be agreed between the Corporation its Television Contractor and the Transferee
The Corporation hereby covenants with the Transferee to make up and complete and or cause to be made up and completed the road known as Whistlets Close and the main sewers thereunder to the satisfaction of the appropriate statutory authority and to maintain or cause to be maintained the said road and sewers until the same are taken over by the said statutory authority and to indemnify the Transferee in respect of any charges in respect thereof.
THE THIRD SCHEDULE
Particulars of Covenants on the part of the Transferee
1. That no buildings other than private

dwellinghouses or bungalow with or without garages shall be at any time erected on the Property or any part thereof and that no part of the Property shall at any time be used for purposes other than those relating to private residence
2. Not to do or permit anything to be done on the Property or any part thereof which may be or grow to be a nuisance damage grievance or annoyance to the Corporation or the owners for the time being of any adjoining or neighbouring property and to keep any parts of the Property for the time being undeveloped in a neat and tidy condition
3. Not to erect or place or suffer to be placed on any part of the Property any hoarding or other erection for the purpose of exhibiting any advertisement or notice other than relating to the sale or letting of any part of the Property and no advertisements other than aforesaid shall at any time be affixed to or exhibited on any part of the Property
4. Not without the previous consent in writing of the Corporation to install or use or permit the installation connection or use on the Property or any part thereof of any radio or television relay services or commercial wiring for the reception of sound and vision other than by such supplier as may be nominated by the Corporation
5. Not to construct or cause or permit to be constructed any garage or extension on the Property or any part thereof other than in brickwork matching that used for the dwellinghouse or houses erected or to be erected on the Property
6. Not to affix or permit or suffer to be affixed external wires supports radio or television broadcast reception apparatus to the exterior of any dwellinghouse constructed or to be

constructed within the perpetuity period on the Property or any part thereof
7. Not to permit any trailer caravan or boat to be parked on any part of the Property between any dwellinghouse erected thereon and any adjoining or adjacent public highway."
