Description
Comment from Robert Reed
Beeston is one of the best locations you can choose if you want to combine five minute driving proximity to Tarporley with some of the best walks you could want amidst Cheshire's beautiful countryside.
The house is of modern construction so benefits from impressive levels of insulation and overall high grade eco credentials. But this is a modern house with a few twists and points of difference that are very pleasant surprises!
The first is the position on the development which is head of cul de sac and therefore has no passing traffic from other residents, enjoys fabulous rural views and is not overlooked. The second is the quality of the outbuildings, a really fantastic asset which provides great versatility. The third notable change is the adaptation of the layout to turn an original four bedroom layout into a luxurious three bedroom format - the principal bedroom now benefits from a walk in dressing room. Finally, it is well worth noting the quality of the landscaping to the garden, with totally transformed areas that have bespoke lighting and high grade materials.
Inside is a real treat, with a superb level of presentation throughout and a light, bright and airy feel. The layout is also perfectly tuned to modern life, with a large open breakfast kitchen overlooking the garden and the bedrooms being served by an en suite and main bathroom. Versatility, space and comfort are the watch words with this house.
It is also worth noting that there is an additional area of land to the side of the house, which the current owner of the house does not have ownership of but is able to use on a day to day basis. Part of this land is in the process of being transferred into the ownership of our client. The additional part is of unknown ownership and so is being maintained by our client. It has to be said that whilst this area overall is best viewed as something of a bonus, on top of the principal garden which is within the title, the rural views and aspects from this area are absolutely spectacular!
