Begelly is bisected by the A478 about five miles or so north of the picturesque resort of Tenby and similar distance south of the former market town of Narberth. The Begelly/Kilgetty community has a range of amenities including a school, a supermarket, other shops, pubs and recreational facilities etc. Tourist attractions such as Folly Farm are nearby. Easy access can be gained to Tenby and Saundersfoot together with various beaches and other attractions within the beautiful southern section of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
The Bungalow itself would benefit from some periodic attention and upgrading. It would suit a family or retirees. The Chalet has apparently been holiday let on an AirBnB type basis in recent years. The Paddock slopes fairly steeply down from the Bungalow.
