Ottery St Mary is a town in the East Devon district of Devon, about 10 miles east of Exeter conveniently linked by the A30. The town takes its name from the River Otter on which it stands. Coming into Ottery from the A30 travel down the B3174, past the hospital and Finnimore trading estate on your left. As the road bends round to the left, continue on Mill Street until you get to the traffic lights at St Anthony’s Church. At the traffic lights take a left turn onto Canaan Way, then take the first right onto Hind Street. At the end of the road take a left into the square and then left again onto Gold Street. The property is then on your left hand side.
