Originally, our local Belvoir! offices were branded and known as Goodchilds Estate Agents and Lettings. A family run firm which quickly grew from a one branch enterprise to a 19 branch network of Estate and Letting Agencies across the Midlands and surrounding areas. Having started in 1994, the family have a wide breadth of property knowledge and have applied that to all aspects of the business. In October of 2015, we believe a massively positive step was taken, as Belvoir! purchased Goodchilds and we merged the corporate professionalism and national scale of Belvoir! to an already established, family run firm in Goodchilds. We strongly believe that the combination of knowledge and influence will only continue to surpass expectations and obtain great results.
