What do you love most about your home/property?
We really love that the property retains its historic character, including the original floorboards and windows in the lounge and kitchen. We love the size and the proportions of our property, and really value that each room has a generous amount of space.
Why are you selling?
Reluctantly after seven years, we are leaving the area due to work and family commitments. We’ve loved living in Richborne Terrace - we will really miss the area and its tight-knit community.
What do you love about the area?
We love how central the property is but it still remains very cosy and quiet on Richborne Terrace. We can walk to the River Thames in 10mins, and then Battersea Power Station, Brixton, and Tate Britain all within 25 minutes which is a real luxury. The development of Battersea and Nine Elms has brought lots of new attractions to the area, but we also really enjoy Little Portugal and the nearby Kennington and Vauxhall park.
