Description
Our sellers say:
"We were looking for our first home together and had looked at a few properties with different builders. We were shocked at how much storage was available in the house and also how genuinely big the rooms were. On seeing the location of the house on a plan we fell in love as it literally was a big square of grass in the middle with only one entrance for cars in and out of the street.
We love the 3 big bedrooms and the living room which has French doors that look out into the garden so we can watch the children play.
We will miss the community feeling of the square with our lovely neighbours and it feels so safe with only one entrance/exit. We love walking in Almondell country park and it also isn't far to walk to the play parks or shops in the area either. "
Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the desirable Calderwood village, this stunning three-bedroom semi-detached villa enjoys an enviable position at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac. Overlooking a meticulously maintained green space, the property exudes a cool coastal charm with its stylish wood cladding. A double monoblock driveway, integral garage, and neatly manicured lawn bordered by hedging enhance its kerb appeal.
Step inside to a welcoming entrance hallway, where light grey carpet and neutral decor create a warm and inviting ambience. A convenient two-piece WC with striking feature wallpaper and a practical storage cupboard are situated just off the hallway. To the rear of the property lies the expansive living/dining room, a perfect space for relaxing and entertaining. A bold teal feature wall adds character, while French doors seamlessly connect the indoors to the garden, bathing the room in natural light. The plush carpet enhances the cosy atmosphere, and the layout easily accommodates both lounge and dining furniture.
The contemporary kitchen flows naturally from the living/dining room, combining style and functionality. Sophisticated white cabinetry is complemented by natural-toned worktops and wood-effect flooring, while striking blue walls and underunit lighting provide a modern flair. Integrated appliances include a fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, alongside upgraded AEG double oven and hob. A side door offers additional access to the garden.
Upstairs, the spacious upper hallway features a storage cupboard and access to a floored attic. The master bedroom, situated at the rear, is a beautifully appointed double with a striking feature wall and a sleek ensuite that includes a shower enclosure, WC, and sink. Bedrooms two and three are equally stylish doubles, sharing a tasteful family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC, and sink.
The rear garden is an impressive outdoor haven, featuring a patio and large lawn with an additional sun-drenched patio at the back—
Extras included - All floor coverings, light fittings and blinds. Oven, hob, hood, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
