Unit 1 - Has it's own separate entrance with private patio. The large open plan bedroom is tastefully finished, and fully equipped, with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
Unit 2 - Unit 2 is large and can accommodate 4 people. With the open plan design, and Queen size bed, there is a loft with double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped and leads out to a large private patio.

The middle floor features the most exquisite views of the ocean. With the open plan living room and dining room, the stack back doors open the space to the magnificent views. A fireplace is the warm heart of the lounge, for rainy days. The kitchen is open plan and part of the entertainment area, newly renovated and ultra modern. With a lift directly from the garage up to the kitchen, it is convenient for shopping and wheelchair access. The kitchen leads out to a braai area and separate domestic quarters, or laundry room. The laundry room has washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate toilet for convenience. This area is tiled, with space for laundry, and exquisite views of Gericke's Point.

The 3rd bedroom unit, on the middle floor has a walk in closet, with en-suite featuring a bath and shower. The views from the bedroom over the ocean, are what makes waking up in the morning very special! Sliding doors lead to the garden. A small library or reading area, has its own balcony.
