Description
Here is a charming country cottage set in the lovely hamlet of Rosside on the outskirts of the Market Town of Ulverston. It has been much improved over recent times and is now ready for occupation.
It has a very cosy LLounge with a pretty open fire, just so lovely when it is so chilly outdoors. There is a smart Dining Room, a well-organised kitchen, and a Ground Floor Bathroom with a full white 3-piece suite.
On the first Floor are 2 excellent Bedrooms and a very useful Linen Cupboard. The entire Upper Floor is taken up by the Master Bedroom.
Outside is a very long Garden extending to 100 yards or more. This would surely be a paradise for kids or for an enthusiastic gardener!
The cottage is warm and cosy and has the benefit of pleasant views as well as being available with No Chain!

The town has a cobbled Market Square, a Town Crier and many Specialised Shops, excellent Restaurants and Pubs ( ).
The town is surrounded by lovely countryside and the shoreline of Morecambe Bay is there to enjoy throughout the year. Water-sports and other outdoor pursuits are well catered for including walking, climbing, sailing, riding, golf and camping.
The boundary of the spectacular Lake District National Park ( UNESCO World Heritage Site ) is reached within 10 minutes drive, Junction 36 of the M6 is within 30 minutes, and there is a very convenient direct rail-link into Manchester Airport.
Ulverston is a lovely place to live and work. Quite Tickety Boo!
