Introduction & Exterior

Positioned on a corner plot within a quiet cul-de-sac in Chase Terrace, this linked detached house will prove very popular to families seeking a long term move. Further good news is that the property is available with No Upward Chain.

Parking for the property is to the rear of the house where there is a tandem driveway for two cars that precedes a single garage with manual up-and-over door. A secure gate at the beginning of the driveway opens to the rear garden. As mentioned above, the property is sat on a corner plot and therefore the garden wraps around the house to the side to give extra land compared to neighbouring houses.

A fence with a second secure gate provides a boundary between the front and rear gardens. At the front, the house is set back Sandown Close with a wide front lawn and a slabbed pathway leading up to the main front door.

Ground Floor

Guests enter the home via the main front door and directly into a short hallway that has the staircase to the first floor immediately ahead and a door to the left to access the lounge. Although short, the hallway has plenty of room for guests to remove coats and shoes.

The lounge is a great size and, with dining designated within the kitchen, it is a fabulous room dedicated to family relaxation. The room is naturally bright owing to a deep bay window at the front. A door to the rear of the room opens to the kitchen.

Spanning the full width of the house, the kitchen has a suite fitted around the left side of the room and an open space to the right for a family dining table to be positioned. The suite includes an integrated electric oven, four-burner gas hob with overhead extractor, and a one-and-a-half bowl sink with drainer. A door by the dining area accesses the under stairs storage cupboard and there is exit door to the rear that has a full-height double-glazed window set within.

First Floor

A bright landing owing to a side window begins the first floor, with doors leading off to three bedrooms, a family bathroom and an airing cupboard housing the combi-boiler. Above the landing area is a hatch to access a well-insulated loft.

The bedrooms comprise of two doubles to the left and a single bedroom at the front. The largest of the two doubles is at the rear-left and features panelling where the bed is to be positioned.

The family bathroom comprises of a stylish suite that comprises of a P-shaped bathtub with curved screen and shower fitted over, a pedestal wash basin, toilet, and a chrome heated towel rail. The walls are completely covered with attractive tiling.
