We purchased this house in 2014 captivated by its tranquil location at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The stunning Heath Lake woodland, which our garden directly backs onto, was another major draw. This setting offers a sense of privacy and space, with beautiful views over the lake from both the upper windows and the garden.

We’ve modernised the house to fully embrace this unique setting. The garden room allows us to enjoy the outdoors in any weather, and the large hallway window maximises the view and brings in additional light. Our children have grown up here, made wonderful friends in the local school, and enjoyed riding their bikes safely in the street. Oleander Close is both quiet and secure. We have loved our time here, but it’s now time for a new family to enjoy this home.

This isn't the first time we've had the pleasure of selling a home in the renowned Heath Lake Park development, this is such a popular development for families with some great looking homes. This home really does have some great space on offer and has been extremely well loved and looked after with some great improvements that have been made. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so much right on your doorstep.

As you can see from the details, the house has some excellent space on offer both upstairs and downstairs. The open, central entrance hall welcomes you through where you have storage under the stairs and a separate coats cupboard. It then leads you into the spacious living room with feature log burner and bi-folding doors leading to superb full glass conservatory complete with sliding doors onto the garden. You also have a cloakroom and a separate study/playroom off of the hallway.

The kitchen and dining room are one of our favourite features of this home and make a perfect entertaining space. The kitchen itself was refitted to an impressive specification with an island, Rangemaster double cooker and all of the integrated appliances you would expect with ample storage space. You've also got a handy utility room off of the kitchen with access onto the garden from the side of the house.

Upstairs all of the bedrooms are a good size with three of them being double rooms and coming with fitted storage. But the master bedroom is our personal favourite on this floor with its impressive size, built in wardrobes and spacious en suite shower room, complete with underfloor heating. The family bathroom has been refitted in the last few years and is in great condition as you can see. The loft space is huge and offers plenty of additional storage space or could be used to create a further bedroom. One of the features that we love is the huge window that our sellers had installed giving you a great view of the lake directly behind.

The garden is a lovely size and very secluded, backing onto Heath Lake with direct access to the woodland via a gate. As you can see from the details there is the addition of a shed for extra storage and side access down one side of the house leading to the front, where you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and the double garage. As our sellers have said, this home really is in a very unique setting, If you are looking for a spacious family home in a great location then this really is not one to miss out on, we can't wait to take you on a tour in person.

Oleander Close is set with in the ever popular Heath Lake Park development just off of New Wokingham Road. This fabulous location gives you direct access as we've mentioned onto Heath Lake with its fantastic wildlife and walking trails. If you're commuting, Crowthorne train station is just a 25 minute walk away and there are bus links close by on New Wokingham Road. Transport links into London are within easy reach via the A329, M3 and M4 from here. This home falls under many of Crowthorne's local school catchments including the popular and Ofsted Outstanding Edgbarrow Secondary School and Hatch Ride Primary School, both within walking distance. For convenience there is a parade of shops on Greenwood Road which include a Tesco Express but for a larger shop, Crowthorne's High Street offers a huge variety of amenities and is only a 5 minute car journey away. If you looking for a little more however, then the Lexicon shopping centre is just over 10 minutes in the car with a huge variety of popular retailers and places to eat.
