Church Stretton has a train station about 5 miles from Chatwall Home Farm, with links to Crewe, London Euston, Wales and more. Taking around 16 minutes to Shrewsbury, 57 minutes to Crewe, 1 hour 24 minutes to Birmingham New Street and 1 hour 26 minutes to Chester.

Church Stretton is also known as "Little Switzerland", and is renowned for its beautiful back drop to the Shropshire hills. Carding Mill Valley is around 6.8 miles away and is perfect to enjoy the beautiful views and countryside.

The pretty village of Acton Burnell is around 3.1 miles away and is home to Concord College. It also has a post office, village shop, restaurants, pubs and Acton Burnell castle.
