Externally South Row is accessed from Newbiggin.

There is a communal area for bin storage, and the cottage comes with a defined, small lawned garden, with railings set around.

There is resident permit parking available (cost applicable), although not allocated.

No smokers and no pets (the cottage is located in a quaint and pretty courtyard, just off Newbiggin, which is shared by other residents and not enclosed)  

FURTHER INFORMATION As this is an older property, it needs certain conditions met in order that the internal condition remains free from damp and in order that it has air circulation and ventilation.

At the start of the tenancy you accept that the property is let in good order, with no damp issues.

In order to maintain the same, it is imperative that the following steps are taken on a daily basis:-

1. Property is well ventilated, with windows opened and extractors used (where applicable).

2. That the property is adequately heated throughout.

3. No washing is dried directly on radiators and preferably, this property is not suitable for a tumble-driers.

4. All window coverings ie. curtains and blinds are opened daily during daylight hours.

Property Inspections will be conducted by the Agent every 6 months throughout the tenancy.
