PROPERTY AND ACCOMMODATION

A nicely presented duplex apartment in the centre of the town.

Arranged over two floors the apartment is deceptively spacious and would make a lovely conveniently located home.

The property is accessed by a private door which leads to two apartments with stairs leading up to the front door.

The entrance hall leads to the living room, bathroom and kitchen/diner.  Access to the first floor is via a stunning cast iron spiral staircase which is the centre point of the hallway.  Under the spiral staircase is space to store coats, shoes or a vacuum cleaner.

The living room which is to the front has two sash windows, a spacious room and a great space to retire to for the evening to relax.  The kitchen/diner is sure to the heart of the home with plenty of space for the dining table and a good size kitchen area with two sash windows to the rear overlooking the town centre and views of the church.

The kitchen is fitted with base and eye level shaker style units, fitted Beko washing machine, fitted eye level Hotpoint electric oven and grill, four ring gas hob with extractor hood over, 1 & 1/2 sink with mixer tap and drainer, wall mounted mains gas central heating boiler and freestanding Samsung American style fridge freezer.

The bathroom is fitted with a modern three piece white suite of wash hand basin with mixer tap and inset mirror over with shaver points and light, close coupled WC, bath with mixer tap and shower attachment over, extractor fan and chrome heated towel rail.

Upstairs is a large landing area (with a Velux skylight) with space for a bed or sofa bed in case of visitors, low level door to large eaves storage space, door to airing cupboard housing an Ariston hot water cylinder for domestic hot water and further doors to a separate WC and the bedroom.  The WC is fitted with a low level WC and pedestal wash hand basin.

The double bedroom has two low level Velux skylights with views of Tavistock viaduct and Dartmoor to the right hand side.  The bedroom also has a further low level door to eaves storage space.

Wessex Court enjoys the use of a level communal garden, which has a large seating area for residents and high level flower beds stocked with plants and flowers.  There are two access paths with steps down to the front and side entrance to Wessex Court.  One from West Street and the other from King Street.  Both entrances has double iron gates which are locked at night for peace and security.

Please note that there is no parking with the property.  There are car parks within the town and between the hours of 17.00 and 10.00am there is free parking within the towns streets.  Between 9.00am and 18.00 parking on the towns streets is restricted to 1 hour.

About eXp UK, South West

1 Northumberland Avenue, Trafalgar Square, London, WC2N 5BW

eXp UK are the newest estate agency business, powering individual agents around the UK to provide a personal service and experience to help get you moved.

Here are the top 7 things you need to know when moving home:

Get your house valued by 3 different agents before you put it on the market

Don't pick the agent that values it the highest, without evidence of other properties sold in the same area

It's always best to put your house on the market before you find a property

The estate agent acts for the seller and is there to get the seller the best price possible

Understand the length of time it can take - 14 weeks from when you accept an offer, or have an offer accepted to move in! A long time!

It can get stressful, but speak to your agent and your solicitor and they will put you in the picture

Be nice to estate agents - we're pretty nice people, offer some great advice and will help to get you moved ;-)
