“We have owned this house since 1996 where for the first 10 years it was the family home where we brought up our two daughters'. They and we have fabulous memories of those years that will stay with us all forever.
After this we rented the property as a corporate let to just 3 families over the whole of that period. Each of these lived there with their families creating their own great memories.
It was always our intention to move back to the property (hence the already grated planning permission to extend the property) but unfortunately this is no longer an option for us.”

There is plenty of open green space nearby to explore or take your dog for a walk, and you've got some great choices locally such as California Country Park and the FBC Centre which both have fantastic play parks and cafes too. Wokingham Town Centre and Train Station is just over a 10 minute drive away, having recently been redeveloped it really is a great place to go with plenty of well known and independent retailers. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
