We have lived at Malham Fell for 29 years and brought up our three children here who were all educated locally. We have enjoyed the peace and quiet of the road and its easy access to Bracknell Town centre, railway station, sports centres, Arts centre, theatre, pubs, church communities and supermarkets. The neighbourhood is safe and when the children were younger we appreciated the local parks, which are within easy reach without having to cross any roads. However, it's time to downsize. This is a wonderful, spacious, light-filled family home and we will be sad to leave. Hopefully, a new family will occupy it and enjoy all that the house and local area has to offer.

Malham Fell is located just off Crowthorne Road, close to Bracknell town centre and the Lexicon shopping centre. The train station is around 10-15 minute walk providing access to Reading and London, plus great road links with the M3 and M4 motorways also within easy reach, so great if you need to commute. There are plenty of amenities close by, with local shops, the popular Green Man pub opposite as well as good local schools.

As soon as you walk into the house you are welcomed by a great sense of space. The accommodation has plenty to offer, and with it being extended, you have the benefit of the additional reception room downstairs complementing the five bedrooms upstairs. One of the best points for us, is the large windows and the amount of natural light that floods through the home. Really like the garden as well, and having the garage and driveway with the option to create an extra parking space, opens up many opportunities for growing families.
