But before the mediation there is all the consulting work which is extended in the post-business.

The Consultancy covers the correct valuation of the property through the evaluation methods (comparative method / cost method / income method), through a marketing plan (home staging, professional image and promotion strategy), and through the accounting and tax plan (what is the amount of capital gains to be paid by who sells and what are the taxes arising from who buys).

The market value of the property is what defines its future and rapid sale and it is in the detailed calculation of this value that LuxRE makes the difference.

In addition to the price there will be a shared promotion of the product with the partner agencies.
