Description
Description
Willow view occupies a delightful location on the edge of the village of Terling. The plot has an existing three bedroom detached house, now in need of restoration. Savills planning department received a positive pre-application decision from Braintree Council, preferring a site for three detached houses, keeping the existing house and constructing one either side. Further details are available upon request.
The site extends to about 0.22 of an acre and has a road frontage of 120 ft. Willow view, the existing house, stands in the centre of the site and is now in need of modernisation. The plot surrounds the house and enjoys farmland views to the rear, and a village pond to the front.
The site has an electricity supply and mains drainage. There is no gas available.
