The renovation of the courtyard will involve removing deteriorated elements and installing new paving that respects the historical context.

Additionally, the project includes the creation of two new parking areas: one mixed-use (public/private) and another exclusively public, located in the Poggio Pagano area. This space will be enhanced with green areas, urban furnishings, and public lighting, becoming a municipal asset.

The overall restoration will result in the creation of 13 exclusive apartments, developed by repurposing the existing volumes of the Castle and the former Olive Mill. These residential units, ranging from 60 to 171 square meters, will offer customizable living solutions to meet various needs. Each apartment will include two private parking spaces in the newly designed parking areas.
