Moreton-in-Marsh has day-to-day shopping facilities and train services to London. The M40 is accessible at Gaydon, Banbury or Oxford. Local attractions include Batsford Arboretum, a 55-acre arboretum and botanical garden, and Batsford Park, which was once home to the Mitford sisters. There are golf courses at Naunton, Brailes and Tadmarton and racing at Cheltenham, Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon. There are a number of excellent private and state schools in the area, including Chipping Campden, Kitebrook prep school, Warwick Prep and public school, Kingham Hill, Bloxham and Sibford schools.
