This home is located in the quiet Los Calesas neighborhood belonging to Albanchez. It is located around 20 minutes from Albanchez town, where all the amenities are located, 40 minutes from Albox, a large commercial town with multiple leisure offers in addition to all the comforts and basic needs and approximately 55 minutes from the wonderful coasts of Almeria.
To the right of the house is a terrace with enough space for outdoor furniture and wonderful views. The main door opens to a spacious living room that benefits from a wood-burning fireplace. On the right hand side is the kitchen with a charming pantry, continuing here there is another room that has doors to the terrace and surrounds the kitchen. In this part of the house there is also a shower room and a bedroom that has access to another hallway where the stairs to the first floor are located and which also leads to the aforementioned living room.
On the first floor and on the right hand side there is a bedroom that benefits from access doors to a terrace shared with another bedroom that is located on the left hand side of the stairs. Opposite the stairs is a good sized kitchen/diner with access to its own terrace and a shower room to the left.
Back to the terrace shared by the bedrooms and via stairs is access to another higher terrace from where the best views can be reached.From the outside of the house or through one of its terraces is the access to the annex.
The door of the annex opens to a living room with a wood burning fireplace where there is enough space to also put a bed making this a fantastic place for guests as it also has its own kitchen and shower room.
