Tenure : The chalet park is freehold and each chalet owner becomes a 1/26th shareholder in the Limited Company which owns the site, controlling and maintaining the roadways, surrounding woodland and communal storage building. The chalet owners committee agree the yearly service charges which are voted upon at the Annual AGM. In 2024 the site fee was £450 and £450 into the site management sinking fund. The site is closed in January and February each year.
