Seller's Comments

'We have loved living in this house for the past 4 years. We are leaving London for a new job but will be very sad to leave this house, the lovely street and local area.

We renovated the whole house when we bought it, and now have a lovely spacious loft bedroom and open plan kitchen/dining room/family room which is great for hosting, especially with kids. What is also lovely is the outlook, with green at the front and no houses overlooking at the back which makes it feel very relaxed. The street is very quiet and also friendly with an active WhatsApp group and shared interest in gardening! The local schools are very good and there are lots of young kids on the street creating a lovely community.

West Norwood high street, library, cinema, cafes are great and we are also very close to Crystal Palace and Dulwich. There are also great local parks including one at the end of the road. We really hope someone can enjoy this house as much as we have!'
