We are delighted to be able to share the following feedback, and comments from the owner of this delightful home ‘" We have lived here at 305 Rectory Road since it was first built 23 years ago; while living here we have raised our family and have taken full advantage of the excellent local schools, amenities and wonderful parks that the area has to offer.

We regularly use the local buses and trains for trips into Birmingham for both work and leisure and particularly enjoy theatre visits, as well as using Birmingham centre as a hub for travel further afield.

We have created a private and secure garden space that has been a lovely place to play, garden and relax in and to watch the birds. It is full of colour from Spring through to Autumn. Our large front driveway is kept private from the street by means a discreet set of laurel hedges.

We love hosting family meals and Christmas festivities in our Conservatory and there is no better feeling than throwing open the door in the summer sunshine.

We think now is the time to handover to a new family to enjoy it as much as we have.’

About Acres, Sutton Coldfield

28 Beeches Walk, Sutton Coldfield, B73 6HN
Industry affiliations:

Established in 1992,

Acres was founded by three highly experienced partners; Nigel Deekes, Michael Weaver and Richard Bakewell.

The partners had been within the property industry for many years and offered a wealth of knowledge and experience having been both regional and area managers for a large multi national group after the sale of a previous successful business.

In recent years Acres has become a family owned business with the partners Nigel & Jayne Deekes now running the company, joined by both Chris and Katie their children. Acres now offer a truly bespoke personal service.

Looking where the corporate agencies were, the partners knew that we offered something different for the Sutton Coldfield property market that was missing, a personal proactive service.

Growing steadily and expanding from a new start Acres soon established ourselves as the sales team within the area. Acres bring together property experts and can supply every property need under one roof. There really isn't anything we can't do, from residential sales and lettings, to land sales or acquisition.

Why use Acres to sell your property?
