We purchased the land for our rare breed pedigree sheep. Circumstantially our business plans have altered, and the land is surplus to requirements. However, we did achieve the renewal of planning through appeal, for a large barn on Lot 1. This has recently expired, and we will not renew ourselves as the buyer may want differing permissions to apply for themselves.
