THE PROPERTY
Green Man Place was formerly the village pub and is now a very well presented and much improved semi-detached cottage with generously proportioned and extended accommodation of over 2000 sq ft, arranged over two floors. Presenting colour washed brick elevations under a pantile roof, the cottage enjoys an edge of village location abutting meadowland and has deceptively spacious accommodation with three reception rooms, three double bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms.

The entrance door leads into a reception hall/snug, which features a red brick fireplace housing a wood burning stove, tiled floor and features the stairs leading to the first floor with cupboard under. The dual aspect sitting room has a red brick fireplace housing a wood burning stove and an opening leads into a study/music room, which has a rear aspect. The well-proportioned kitchen/breakfast room is comprehensively fitted with a range of base and eye level units, work surfaces and a belling Country Chef range oven with extractor over. There is plumbing for an automatic appliance, a roof light and a rear window overlooking the gardens. An opening leads into the dining room, which has a window and door to the front and a storage cupboard. The utility room is fitted with a single drainer stainless steel sink, a range of work surfaces with base and eye level cupboards, space for appliances and a window to the rear aspect. Continuing on the ground floor the rear lobby has a door leading to the garden and there is also a shower/cloakroom. On the first floor the landing has a rear aspect, a double airing cupboard and doors lead to three double bedrooms with the large dual aspect master bedroom fitted with double wardrobes and cupboards and has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe/dressing room with a window to the rear aspect. Bedroom two has a window to the front aspect, built-in triple wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in storage cupboard. There is also a driveway with shingle parking for several vehicles leading to a double cartlodge/garage with an open bay and a garage with automatic double doors.

There is a further timber garage and workshop with power and light and a gate leads to the rear gardens, which are predominantly laid to lawn with a terrace area, a courtesy door to the garage, integral boiler cupboard housing the oil-fired boiler, garden shed and mature hedging and fencing to the boundaries with views over abutting meadowland.
