When it comes to selling property, I understand that every clients' situation is unique. Homeowners require help in different ways. Most agents will not offer you different ways to sell a property and if they do, they will charge additional fees for additional services. I am different, I will only charge you one set fee, and you will only pay my fee on completion of your home
