THE PROPERTY - Originally built in the 1930's these attractive three bedroom houses are rarely available and very popular when they do come up for sale.

It’s a pleasant, level walk along nearby Bingham Road to the Evening Hill viewpoint overlooking the harbour, onwards to Sandbanks is 1.2miles in total. The chain ferry at the end of the Sandbanks peninsular takes you to the beautiful Purbeck hills countryside and the golden beaches at Studland.
A London, Waterloo connection can be made at nearby Branksome or Parkstone.
