The farmhouse has a gross living area of approximately 236 m2 spread over two levels; On the first floor, approximately 200 m2, we find at the end of the external staircase the entrance which leads to a study room on the right and a service bathroom with shower on the left. Through the double arched glass door, you enter the dining/living room with a large fireplace. To the right of the living room you enter the large kitchen with double windows. To the left of the living room, there is access to three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor, there are various rooms used as services to the home, in particular a room intended for laundry and storage of outdoor furniture and other rooms designed for kitchen and bathroom use for a total. of approximately 80 m2, a warehouse space which covers a surface area of approximately 66 m2 and other warehouse rooms and technical rooms of approximately 59 m2. Outside, the 70 meter deep well approximately provides both irrigation and the water needs of the house. We find a 1000 liter stainless steel tank for drinking water coming from the well.
