The village is a cluster of houses, of mellow stone local to the area and has a church at the centre and a village hall on the outskirts.

The nearest town is the historic market town of Ludlow, which provides a wide range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, schools, and leisure facilities. There is a station on the Manchester to Cardiff line with trains running at regular intervals. The nearby village of Ditton Priors has a primary school, village store, butchers and medical centre.

Just further afield, Hereford and Shrewsbury both offer further amenities. The A49 connects to the wider motorway network.For schooling, there are primary and secondary schooling in Ludlow. For the private sector, Moor Park, Bedstone College and Hereford Cathedral are all notable schools within easy reach.

Directions

From Ludlow join Bromfield road, at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Fishmore Road and continue for 1 mile, there is a slight right towards Haytons Bent and Clee St Margaret. Continue for 4.5 miles. Bear left and continue for to 1.3 miles and the property is on the right with a stone wall to the right.
