VENDOR´S COMMENTS ''After viewing the house 45 years ago and standing in the bay window looking out onto its amazing unique view, we as a family knew immediately this was the place for us. The house has hosted Easter celebrations, Christmas gatherings and huge parties with both family, neighbours and friends. The common has been an absolute delight every single day, whatever the season. From every room facing it, it is like watching a living picture that is forever changing. Horses grazing and galloping, walkers with their dogs and a variety of birds. Kids and parents playing cricket or rounders in past Summers and people coming from the City and local villages to sledge in the Winter. The balcony is a sun trap, perfect for sitting out with a coffee, a gin and tonic or an alfresco meal with a shared bottle of wine at the end of the working week. The sun shines on the balcony until evening, when it begins to set. There is a good community feel along the street and always someone you can call on if needed. In short, it is an amazing place to live, and will be a difficult place to leave."
