Registering with URBAN is quick, simple and secure. Once we have your details, just upload your photos (amends, or additions are easy). Our team are here to help create the best advert. Want professional photos taken? Leave that to us. We'll have you live on Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and many other sites. Millions of potential tenants. All within 24 hours.

     2. You meet your tenants

We'll handle all the enquiries and pass them onto you via text and email. You book and carry out the viewing. Importantly, the person who really needs to meet the potential occupant of your valuable property - is you.

     3. You let us check if you've got the right tenants

URBAN's Tenant Check Pledge will give you peace of mind.

If you choose to add our tenant referencing package, we'll credit check your selected tenant, contact their previous landlord, and verify their income with their employer. Our checks are so rigorous that if we pass your tenants and they stop paying rent in the first 12 months, we'll evict them for free.
